1. General
These terms govern the use of the Soul Training website, portal and mobile app, and the purchase of digital training and nutrition programs. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service
Soul Training sells time-limited access to digital training and nutrition programs. A program includes a training plan, video material and a nutrition plan, to the extent listed with each package on the pricing page.
3. Purchase and payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe. Prices are in euros and are final. Access is unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed, and a purchase confirmation is sent by email.
4. Duration and cancellation
A one-time purchase grants three months of access from the date of payment. A monthly subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends the moment the content is unlocked, with the buyer’s express consent given at purchase. Complaints are handled individually by email.
6. Health notice
The programs are not medical advice and do not replace a medical examination. Before starting, especially with an existing condition, an injury or during pregnancy, consult a doctor. You train at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
All material — programs, videos, nutrition plans and texts — belongs to Soul Training and is intended for the buyer’s personal use only. Sharing, resale and public publication are not permitted.
8. Liability
Results depend on consistency, starting point and individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed. Soul Training is not liable for damage caused by incorrect exercise execution or by ignoring the health notice.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes are published on this page and users with an active subscription are notified by email.
